AquaClad® slimline rainwater tanks are unqiue in their ability to be directly clad with almost any finish. In particular, architectural cladding options that are used for many new buildings can used to clad the AquaClad tank ensuring that the tank can either be in sympathy with the overall design of the building - or an architectural highlight.

The external frame that is an integral part of the AquaClad® water tank has been designed so that all of the structural fasteners are inside the frame providing a smooth external edge for the attchment of alternative cladding options.

There is almost no limit to the finsihes that can be applied to the AquaClad® water tank. The example show here on this page is a bronze - rust composite finish created by Axolotl, a company that specialises in metal finishes on non metallic surfaces.

Other explames of cladding options used by AquaClad® specifiers include:

• render finishes applied to blueboard or similar cladding bases
• timber finishes directly attached to the frame
• aluminium architectural finishes (such as cladding solutions offered by Alucobond®)
